FIRST IT WAS $1298.00 TO SELL MY TIMESHARE. THEN THEY HAD A BUYER AND NEEDED $1699.00 FOR ESCROW WITH THE PROMISE ALL MY MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED. I WAS SUPPOST TO RECEIVE A CHECK FOR $1699.00 IN DECEMBER2009, BECAUSE THE DEAL FELL THROUGH. EVERYTIME I CALLED THE DATES WOULD CHANGE. NOW HERE IT IS THE LAST OF MARCH AND STILL NO MONEY. THESE PEOPLE SAY THEY ARE CHRISTIANS,I'M NOT PERFECT FAR FROM IT ,BUT I DO KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG ,AND I KNOW THIS GROUP IS NOTHING BUT LIARS AND JUST TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY.ONE THING FOR SURE THERE WII BE A JUDGEMENT DAY. They will allow one cat or one dog per guest with a $75.00 Pet Deposit which is refunded at check out if there is no damage. They also charge a $80.00 cleaning fee. We hope this was helpful.
